The Pattern

The Dove Blouse is a great woven pattern pullover top — no buttons and no zips. It comes in sizes 0 to 20 and offers three sleeve styles. They are stylish and contemporary wardrobe essentials. It is an easy pattern for beginners to understand and makes creating a pretty top super simple.

The Fabric

The first Dove Blouse I sewed up was for Minerva and I used this lively Liberty London Tresco Tana Cotton Lawn. The super wide sleeves are fun to wear — don’t cook in them! Yikes.

The second Dove Blouse I made was from a sheer remnant I had in my stash. Sheers are super trendy right now. If you are a little shy about wearing sheers, simply add a little cami underneath for a more comfortable experience.
